Software licences include 3 months unlimited technical support by email.
Maintenance Updates - now with 3 technical support credits
Annual maintenance updates are available for a fee per licence. Maintenance
updates now include up to three separate technical support inquiries. Technical
support credits apply in the year they are purchased and are not transferable.
USB Software Keys
Current Analyst licence holders with parallel port software keys can exchange these to USB
versions for a fee.
Updates may be released more frequently than once per annum
- urgent requests may be given priority attention
Supply
Software is supplied with a locked security key, the unlock code constitutes the
software licence. The unlock code is supplied via the internet when customer confirms
receipt of the software and following full payment. Customs duty is not usually payable
because the licence is supplied over the internet.
Delivery
Within Australia : allow 5 days from receipt of order
Outside Australia : Software is delivered within 15 business days (express courier
delivery of approx 4 business days world-wide available at extra charge)
